Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer services to corporate clients via phone calls or email
  • Handle functional enquiry and technical enquiry of financial systems
  • Document all findings, enquiries and follow up actions

 

Requirements

  • High diploma or above
  • At least two years of working experience in customer service
  • Candidate with experience in B2B Customer service experience is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure with good sense of customer service mindset
  • Customer oriented attitude with ability to communicate effectively English, Chinese and Mandarin
