You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone, live chat and emails for a public utility in a call centre / contact centre with tactful and timely manner.
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints via telephone, live chat and emails
- No sales is required
- Perform 24/7 shift duties : Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays
- 5-day work per week
To Succeed in this role:
- DSE Graduate or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- English and Chinese word processing
Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive.
