Customer Service Executive (Call Centre - Loyalty Program)

You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone, live chat and emails for a public utility in a call centre / contact centre with tactful and timely manner.  


Your role: 

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints via telephone, live chat and emails 
  • No sales is required 
  • Perform 24/7 shift duties : Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays  
  • 5-day work per week 


To Succeed in this role: 

  • DSE Graduate or above 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
  • English and Chinese word processing


Fresh Graduate will also be considered.


Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive.
