Our client, a worldwide leading logistics company, is looking for Customer Service Executives for their call centre.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to local and overseas clients over the phone
  • Handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Working hours: 44 hours per week on shift between Monday - Sunday 7:30am - 10:30pm
  • 5 day work week

 

Requirements

  • HKCEE/HKDSE equivalent or above
  • 1-year experience in call-centre customer service
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good written Chinese and English
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Decent typing and computer skills
  • Fresh graduates who speaks fluent Cantonese and English will also be considered
