To prepare or design project proposal, quotation and agreement for the customer
To interact and communicate with customers on the matter relating to the laboratory services (e.g. testing procedures, regulatory requirements, project proposal, job status, preliminary testing results reporting, result interpretation, etc.)
To maintain good relationship with the customer
To communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling and test requirements, etc to ensure projects proceed in a satisfactory manner
To assist CRM / KAM / other BUs the generation of publicity material
To ensure the quality & accuracy of his/her work
Degree or above in any subjects
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative
Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer services, testing field preferred
Project management skill
