Customer Service Executive (English Book / Chinese Book Section)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an update inventory of new and existing book titles at the retail shops
  • Providing frontline customer services at the retail shops
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints with professionalism
  • Consistently demonstrating a passion for bookselling and love of reading

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Bookselling experience is an advantage (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Be proficient in spoken and written Chinese. Fluency in English is an advantage
  • Be cultured, courteous and customer-oriented
  • Be a good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Be proficient in PC operations, such as MS Word and Excel. Knowledge in SAP operation is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant


Work Location:  The Chinese University of Hong Kong
