Our client is an international company with a headquarter in the Europe. They are well-known for their outstanding client servicing solutions. They have strong partnerships with many premium to luxury retail brands. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a junior candidate to join their team.


  • Handle enquiries via live-chat, email and call
  • Resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Act as a brand ambassador for different luxury brands
  • Handle social media contents
  • Assist with adhoc projects when assigned


  • Degree holder is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Previous customer service experience (part-time or internship experiences will also be considered)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred
