Our client is an international luxury brand and they are looking for energetic high caliber to join their Customer Service team.

Responsibilities (Customer Services Oriented):

  • Communicate with internal/external parties and provide quality customer service
  • Understand clients/vendors satisfaction or dissatisfaction
  • Support on admin/operations roles
  • Collaborate with internal parties (retail team, after sales service team) for customers' inquiries


Education Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Good command in written Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduate welcome!


Other Requirements:

  • >2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury goods industry will be a PLUS
  • Open to hospitality background
  • Excellent in speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer service oriented
  • Office role, shift based (able to work on weekends and public holidays)
