Our client is a famous international insurance company that focuses on General Insurance Sector. Currently they are looking for Customer Service Executive to support their customer service team to handle enquires from customers.
- Handling in-coming call enquires, email enquires and provide professional customer service to the customers
- Handle general enquiry, insurance coverage enquires, complains, claims procedure, insurance renewal, etc
- Offering phone insurance enrolment services to customers, explore cross-selling opportunities and policy retention activities
- Responsible to achieve the monthly KPI (daily handle 50-60 in-coming call, achieve the insurance renewal targets, etc)
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
- At least 1 year experience in insurance customer service or call center
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- IIQE Paper 1 , 2 and 3 are required (Before probation period need to complete IIQE 1,2&3)
