Customer Service Executive (Global luxury)

Our client, a listed Global luxury retail (fashion, cosmetic) with branches in HK areas, is looking for high caliber candidates to fill up the captioned position.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain high performance regarding customer order request, claims and after follow.
  • Maintain good relationship with VIP list members, update all favour product.
  • Keeping Phone call and client visit for maintain close attend to client.
  • Liaise with Brand Manager for any event promotion.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant.
  • 4 to 5 year solid experience, fashion, cosmetic product sense.
  • Good communication, problem solving.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and native Cantonese. Japanese (JLPT N2), Taiwanese, is an advantage.
  • Good computer skill at MS Word (include Chinese), Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Shift working may need.
  • Immediate available is preferred
