Customer Service Executive (HK$23K – 30K) – Sizable Finance Services Institute

Our client is a stable financial services company. They are looking for qualified and experienced talents to join their customer service team for their expanding business.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and take client orders in a timely manner
  • Execute trade transactions through various channels for overseas equities and futures markets
  • Monitor clients’ positions and margin level and conduct follow up if necessary
  • Serve customers around the world thru email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Prepare dealing documents and provide daily administrative support to the team
  • Support system rollouts, UAT and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on customer services in Financial Industry
  • Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC (Type 1 & 2)
  • Knowledge in Global Equities, Futures, and Commodities is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Customer oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
