We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic professional to join our team as Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers' enquiries and feedback via hotline, email and/or live chat
  • Maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with call centre experience, knowledge of general insurance products is advantageous
  • Confident, customer-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work shift duties
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
