Customer Service Executive (IT Company)

Responsibilities

  • Meet sales revenue according to target given;
  • Manage customer relationship, maintain online customer resources;
  • Understand and investigate customer's needs;
  • Provide professional services to customer's inquiries;
  • Collect potential customer's information;
  • Collect unsettled payment for online customers;
  • Maintain daily sales report;
  • Data entry for customer's information and setup profile;

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate holder;
  • Have the basic knowledge of computer hardware and system;
  • Possess certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
  • Wise thinking, good communication and verbal presentation skills;
  • Have internet sales experience in IT/ Internet industry field is preferred;
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Fresh Graduate/no experience would also be considered;
  • Immediate available is preferable;
