Responsibilities:

  • Provide central customer service and technical support hotline for Internet Learning Support Centre.
  • Handle daily order taking process.

Requirements:

  • Secondary graduate with 2 years of working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom products, PC hardware and software, Internet application, etc.
  • Good command of Cantonese. Fair command of English & Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people.

Working hours:

  • 9 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Shift duties on Sat or Sun.
