Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer services
  • Handle customer enquires 
  • Assist in handling complaints
  • Maintain customer logs

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines
  • Excellent in customer service, communication, presentation
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and  Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to perform shift duties
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
