Customer Service Executive - Morning Shift

Mex Fintech Limited

 

  • To handle customer inquiries and service request through emails live chat, and phone calls
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, transfer to relevant departments
  • Other duties assigned by manager

 

Qualifications:

  • HKDSE graduate, diploma or above in customer service or related field is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Professional fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must be available to work rotating night / overnight shift (shift allowance provided)
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
