Customer Service Executive/ Officer – eCommerce Business (Permanent/ Contract/ Part-time)

  • Handle customer inquiries from end-users and clients
  • Follow up the cases by coordinating and working with various partner teams
  • Monitor cases to ensure service quality according to corporate guidelines
  • Maintain and update CS and operation documentation
  • Provide other operation support if required.
  • Supervise and assist team-members to ensure efficient day-to-day process.



  • Matriculate or above with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, data processing, clerical or administrative support


  • Diploma holder/University graduate with less years of experience will also be considered
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Diligent and detail-minded.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Knowledge in common CS tool is an advantage


# Fresh graduate with part-time customer service will also be considered.

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant

** Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
