Customer Service Executive (Online Class)

Day to day operations

  1. Scheduling classes
  2. Manage billings and collections process
  3. Student administrative matters
  4. Preparation of monthly reports
  5. Establishing excellent rapport and communication with parents, students and teachers
  1. Responding to enquiries from all lead sources with the objective of student enrolment
  2. Managing student enrolment and process (enquiries, assessments, registration)
  3. Planning for student growth


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Diploma or equivalent
  • Candidate should have a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Possess Excellent communication skills with adults and children
  • Customer-oriented
  • Good team player
  • Proactive and takes initiative to resolve issues and/or highlight challenges
  • Good English and Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking skills
  • Able to work with parents, children, and expats
  • Strong PC skills including the ability to prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
