Job Description:

  • Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Provide customer service in terms of cashiering function, data-entry and customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in administrative work of the company
  • Manage inventory and warehouse operation
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above, 1 year relevant experience in Sales/ Retail/ Customer Service industry is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered; 
  • 5-day work per week with shift in weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays; 
  • Responsible, eager to learn, willing to accept additional tasks; 
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel and Chinese and English word processing; 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
