To support our continued business growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive (Premium Hotline) based at our Tsuen Wan Service Center.

Customer Service Executive (Premium Hotline)

Job Ref.CSE/CT1608

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day email/letter/fax in English, Traditional Chinese/ Simplified Chinese
  • Handle inbound and outbound call / enquiries for Call Centre related activities in English, Cantonese or Putonghua
  • Ascertain the needs of members; Communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to them
  • Deal with members’ requests in an effective and tactful manner
  • Deliver quality service to meet the productivity benchmark and service standards
  • Update customers’ profile, call result statistics and necessary information in the format of excel, access or clients’ system in web base
  • Report customers’ comments to superior for service improvement or follow up with client
  • Perform shift duties from Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holidays if necessary

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2-3 years customer service experience in Retail/Travel industry/Bank/Hospitality servicing
  • Considerable knowledge of customer service principles, practices and attitude
  • Good telephone manner and skills in both English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Strong computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and with good typing skills of English and Chinese
