  • Fulfill the request and follow up action according to the requirement of customers’ satisfaction process
  • Coordinate with production to track the delivery schedule to achieve on-time delivery performance
  • Ensure to follow proper procedures and best practices with productivity and work quality meeting required standards


  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in printing industry
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and team co-operative
  • Strong leadership, good people management and communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
