  • Support effectively and efficiently to Sales & Project Department in pre-sales, on-sales and after sales activities
  • Communicate with vendors/ principals/ internal parties to calculate cost and prepare quotation
  • Handle sales order administration and process in Oracle in a timely manner
  • Place orders with vendors/ principals and liaise with vendors/ principals/ logistics provider for shipment arrangement and order fulfillment
  • Work and liaise with internal and external logistics service partners to facilitate customs clearance for order fulfillment and delivery to customer
  • Prepare sales administration and logistics related documentation/report to support successful sales administration in a timely manner
  • Process goods receipt by physical count and input in Oracle timely
  • Handle customer complaints


  • 4-years degree or above in International Business or Logistics Management is preferable
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer services, sales coordination or order processing is advantage
  • Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in Oracle system is preferred
  • Good problem solving, communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Strong customer oriented attitude and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
