Our client is MNC Mobility service company in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings


  • Responsible to involve and follow up moving and mobility processes, such as, communicating with clients on a daily basis and reporting progress proactively.
  • Responsible for meeting Client Satisfaction targets as determined by Quality Surveys and key performance indices (KPIs).
  • Generate account specific information and data for specific client reviews 
  • Work closely and maintain good relationship with Internal & external parties, such as, sales team, account managers, operations and overseas counterparts.
  • Independently handle administrative tasks assigned Customer services manager


  • Form 7 or above with at least 2 years' customer service experience
  • Positive work attitude: committed, accountable, helpful, willing to learn, to participate
  • Excellent level in both written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
  • Efficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Stable working hours, no night and overnight shift, 5 days work ( Mon - Fri)
  • Immediately available would be an advantage
