Customer Service Executive - Sales (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for property selling, sales launch, customer services and related documentation works (including explain PASP and submit ROI)
  • Assist in sales activities and operations (including presentation and briefing of models)
  • Accompany clients during visit, advise on the suitability and value of the flat
  • Attend and monitor daily operation of the sales office and show flats
  • Conduct inspections to ensure the flats are up to standards
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • University students
  • 1 year’s work experience in property developers is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
  • Hands-on PC knowledge including Chinese word-processing is a must and MS Word & Excel preferred
  • Mature, independent, patient and self-motivated with good communication skill in collaboration with different people
  • Willing to work overtime and attend on-site coordination works when required
  • Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
