Responsible for property selling, sales launch, customer services and related documentation works (including explain PASP and submit ROI)
Assist in sales activities and operations (including presentation and briefing of models)
Accompany clients during visit, advise on the suitability and value of the flat
Attend and monitor daily operation of the sales office and show flats
Conduct inspections to ensure the flats are up to standards
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
1 year’s work experience in property developers is preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
Hands-on PC knowledge including Chinese word-processing is a must and MS Word & Excel preferred
Mature, independent, patient and self-motivated with good communication skill in collaboration with different people
Willing to work overtime and attend on-site coordination works when required
Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
