Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive (5 days work)

Job Duties:

  1. Primary customer interface to coordinate customer requirement to  lab operations.
  2. Provide friendly and professional pre-sale and post-sales throughout order transaction.
  3. Handle sample registration and release of test report.
  4. Handle customer enquiry on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents and complaints.
  5. Follow up with customer on missing information and samples.
  6. Provide regular summary report to customer regarding the lab service.

Job Requirement:

  • Highly-organized, capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills
  • Familiar with European regulations/standards is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate candidates is welcomed

***Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive. Min of 3 years or above in similar position in laboratory testing company will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive***
