  • To provide professional services to our local and overseas clients
  • To provide the support and liaise with internal parties in order to ensure the jobs meeting agreed service level

  • To prepare the regular reports and meeting materials to clients

  • To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects


  • Degree holder or above
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or account management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in customer relationship management
  • Good in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Independent, initiative and a good team player
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
