Customer Service Executive (Shift Duty 4-day work per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange bookings, handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Liaise and coordinate business activities with China Representative Office, customers, overseas agents, local and foreign service providers
  • Maintain filing and provide proper management of service records
  • Prepare customer service reports for meetings and analysis purpose
  • Provide professional customer experience via phone calls and emails
  • 4-day work per week rotation of 3 shifts includes weekdays, weekends & public holidays
  • Evening shift: 12:00pm to 11:30pm/ 10:00am to 09:30pm
  • Overnight shift: 10:30pm to 10:00am

Qualifications:

  • College or University graduate with at least 1 year working experience
  • Experience in customer service or in travel industry is preferable
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner and pleasant personality
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, responsible, service oriented and able to communicate with customers of different cultural background
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Willing to learn and able to work as a team
