Position Responsibilities

  • Input and update all the records in system or files properly
  • Provide administrative support to the Operation Centre
  • Assist to handle the inbound and outbound calls when required
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the company

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year's of working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
