About Our Client (Sizable Trading & Distribution Company) & Job Description 

 Our client, one of the  Electronics Trading & Distribution companies,is now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:

  • Handle customers' requirements, orders and enquiries.
  • Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
  • Prepare inventory report to customers
  • Monitor stock and payment status from customers
  • Responsible for sales data input, sample arrangement and document filing
  • Liaise with sales, customers and overseas vendors to achieve just-in-time delivery
  • Maintain the quality system

 Requirements

  • Degree holder preferred, major in trading or logistics discipline is preferable
  • Relevant customer services experiences in electronics industry is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Japanese speaking is an advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP system is a plus 
  • Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Immediate available is preferable
