  • Answers calls at the Call Centre
  • Handle general enquiries for referrals, appointment bookings, insurance coverage
  • Customers’ data processing
  • Establish and maintain mutual relationships with customers and clinics

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: Form 7 or above
  • Proven work experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance or customer service field
  • Excellent communication skills with clients
  • Good PC skills
  • Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities
  • Fluent Cantonese & English, Mandarin beneficial
