Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering customers’ enquiries and Investigate complaints in professional manner
  • Cooperate with different departments to resolve customers’ requests efficiently
  • Perform administrative duties and clerical works

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 1 year customer service experience
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
