Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaints
  • Answer telephone hotline in a professional manner to respond users’ requirements
  • Update CRM Systems record with daily calling activities
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for the service requests from clients
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements 

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 year relevant working experience is preferred
  • Professional telephone manner, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
