  • Handle customer inquiries, perform questionnaires with customers and out bound calling to make appointments
  • Compile various reports for the team
  • Handle daily administrative works
  • Form 7 or above
  • With 1 year working experience in backend support service
  • Good at verbal English & Putonghua
  • With good telephone communication skill
  • Good knowledge at Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
