Customer Service Executive

Responsibility:

  • Provide supreme services to customers by responding to requests and questions promptly
  • Process sales orders
  • Coordinate order placement and deliveries with procurement
  • Liaise with Logistics team to plan and schedule deliveries
  • Follow up on long overdue payment with customers
  • Generate and compose sales reports for management review
  • Update price list for customers
  • Work with customers and distributor to forecast consumption and inventory requirements
  • Support inventory planner to keep steady supply and depletion on aging inventory
  • Collect market info from distributors and execute on program launch
  • Coordinate on product registration with local partners
  • Perform ad hoc assignments from supervisor and management

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline, marketing and business management is preferred.
  • 4 years’ experience in customer service, merchandiser, distributor, and hotel management
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Graphical applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
