Customer Service Executive

Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming call and email enquiries
  • Provide and process information in response to their feedback, concerns and requests about our products/services in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage complaints with investigation and follow up with internally
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant parties to obtain and evaluate all relevant information
  • Perform ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder or above with 1-2 years working experience. Working experience in customer service is preferred
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Mature, patient, good team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shift duty is required
  • Working location: Chai Wan/ San Po Kong
