ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Customer service and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
  • Handle enquires and build up good relationship with clients

  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in Logistics or supply chain.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in shipping and logistics (3PL) industry
  • Good communication (Good in English and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency on PC with good reporting skill
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure, and independent
