Customer Service Executive


  • Acting as a central coordination point between internal departments and clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
  • F.7 or above
  • 2 years project management or customer service experience
  • Experience in financial printing will be considered as Senior Customer Executive
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines, while working effectively with the team
  • Shift duty is required
