Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers' incoming calls and emails, 
  • Answer to customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
  • Handle customer complaints & provide appropriate solutions,
  • Follow up after sales service issues and product warranty services,
  • Support Sales & Marketing team for CRM project.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in relevant field,
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience,
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented,
  • Autonomous and proactive,
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint),
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English,
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
