Responsibilities:

  • Able to manage order fulfilment and data processing in a fast-moving environment with priority on accuracy and efficiency.
  • To follow up and clear orders/shipments backing to improve delivery performance.
  • To provide quality customer services to customers.
  • To handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned by Manager

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE/Diploma/Associate Degree Graduates or above
  • 1-2 years' experience in office-oriented customer service and order processing.
  • Experience in Barcode/Apparel Accessories industry will be an added bonus.
  • Fast learner, independent, self-motivated, flexible and hardworking.
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
  • Well organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills in Outlook, MS Office
  • Immediately available is preferred
