Customer Service Executive

  • Responsible for managing reception counter, handling telephone call, answering enquiry, guests greeting in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide office administration support in different areas such as maintaining office supplies, maintaining door access system, managing copier machines
  • Coordinate all mails and courier delivery
  • Manage conference room reservations and scheduling
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the admin and sales team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above;
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in customer services field
  • Good communication skills with professional telephone manner and service attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Familiar in the MS Word applications on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Punctual, responsible, work independent and pleasant in personality
  • Immediate availability is preferred
