Customer Service Executive

  • Provide supreme services to customers by responding to requests and questions promptly.
  • Process sales orders.
  • Coordinate order placement and deliveries with procurement.
  • Liaise with Logistics team to plan and schedule deliveries.
  • Follow up on long overdue payment with customers.
  • Generate and compose sales reports for management review.
  • Update price list for customers.
  • Work with customers and distributor to forecast consumption and inventory requirements.
  • Support inventory planner to keep steady supply and depletion on aging inventory.
  • Collect market info from distributors and execute on program launch.
  • Coordinate on product registration with local partners.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments from supervisor and management.



  • University degree in any discipline, marketing and business management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, merchandiser, distributor, and hotel management.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Graphical applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
