Customer Service Executive

Job duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers by phone or email and handling customer's enquiries and complains


  • Form 5 or above with passed in HKCEE include Chinese & English
  • 1-2 year relevant working experience in call centre environment
  • Trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Those coming from Bank/ Logistics / Ticketing background are also welcome.
  • PC knowledge with good typing skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
