The Job:

  • Responsible to provide the highest level of quality service to Premier customer segment
  • Resolve customer’s issues and to meet their service needs though our dedicated hotline.
  • To consolidate feedback from team members and make recommendations to the management for improvements on operational efficiency

The Person:

  • Secondary Gradates/Diploma/Associate Degree Graduates or above
  • Customer oriented; enthusiastic & highly motivated
  • Preferably possesses min.1 year relevant experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
