Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries through phone calls
  • Responsible for sales order processing for overseas and local VIP customers
  • Work proactively to efficiently resolve customer queries, identifying appropriate solutions accurately and positively, whilst anticipating future needs of the customer
  • Confidently sell through service in offering beauty advice to meet customer needs and effective questioning through positive engagement
  • Liaise with internal departments such as operational to expedite issues that are raised by the customer
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in customer services field , preferably in the eCommerce or luxury retail sector
  • A sales driven approach
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills & able to deal with difficult customers with appropriate manner
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese (Putonghua);
