  • Deliver good customer service to meet Company’s service standard
  • Receive incoming calls for Clinics/ Hospital for inquiry
  • Responsible for sample pickup arrangement, billings and daily operational and supporting work
  • Follow up phone inquiries
  • Perform document entry, updates and filing regularly
  • Update inventory records and issue inventory reports
  • Ensure workplace neat and tidy
  • Assist in organizing company’s activities
  • Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested


  • Certificate or above in business or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in medical industry
  • Good PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with external and internal parties
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, pleasant and good telephone manner
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Willing to perform overtime work if necessary
  • Alternative Shift on Saturday
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
