Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • carry out duties in customer service areas as assigned by Manager / Direct Supervisor
  • Duties may amongst such as: Handle customer’s complaint in a timely and quality manner, to investigate, evaluate and solve customer’s complaints or inquiries, to find out the facts or causes of the complaints or the special requests, to deliver the result and solution of the complaints or special requests
  • Provide professional service support to customer, via incoming calls or email


  • F.5 or above
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
  • Computer knowledge is necessary (include Chinese typing)
  • Shift duty is required (6 days per week)
  • Relevant experience in Customer Service will be advantage
