The Job:
To support Team Leader in:

  • Performing order processing to meet quality / SLA targets and identifying key areas for continuous performance/process improvements
  • Executing pre-set policies, procedures and practices to support launch of products and services
  • Handling internal incoming calls and enquiries
  • Compiling necessary operation reports and providing feedback on policies, processes and customer issues for review purpose

The Person:

  • Form 5 /DSE or a above
  • Minimum 1 year’s solid experience in sales support function is required
  • Proactive, customer oriented, well organized and good communications
  • Sound knowledge on quad-play order processing with good knowledge in ordering systems, such as LTS or IMS BOM…etc.
  • Proficient in English Word Processing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
