Customer Service Executive (CSE-190617)

Responsibilities

  • Support Service Team daily operation
  • Provide system administration and remote support
  • Provide customer service and handle complaints
  • Co-ordinate with customers for delivery and logistics arrangement
  • Arrange service team schedule

Requirements:

1.   Diploma holder is preferred

2.   Having customer service experience is an advantage

3.   Good Communication and Interpersonal skills; Patience and Logical mind

4.   Good Presentation skill

 

Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
