Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:


Customer Service Executive




  • Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2-year hands on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding Liner Shipping, Warehousing and distribution
  • Candidate with background in an in-house logistics environment will be an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications



Responsibilities :-


  • Act as the Key Focal Point to the assigned Key Customers
  • Handle customer bookings, enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional and an effective manner;
  • Maintain customer quotations and reports on a timely basis;
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Co-ordinate sea or air bookings to fulfill customer needs
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments towards the aims of sustaining highest customer satisfactory level
