Job Duties

  • Responsible to handle mortgage referral applications and enquiries
  • Achieve individual targets on mortgage lending
  • Facilitate coordination with banking partners, customers and property agents
  • Understand the needs of customers, advise customers of the most suitable mortgage plans
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop new business in mortgage


Job requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Sales / Customer Service experience in mortgage/ property/ financial service is preferable
  • Strong self-motivation, service orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Executive
